Ambrose's practice is concentrated on regulated financial services including many of the international banking, investment funds and insurance businesses operating in Ireland, both in the IFSC and domestic market. He represents many of the firm’s financial services clients advising them on the establishment and authorisation of banking and other financial services operations, on-going regulatory issues including interactions with the Financial Regulator, reviewing product documentation and consumer protection issues. He has particular expertise advising on outsourcing and intermediary contracts and on anti-money laundering, false accounting and fraud investigations.
Ambrose works with several industry groups to help improve the Irish regulatory regime.
